Here at Great Family Living we strive to bring you the best information and best deals we can find to make your life and living so much better. One of the things I love to do is look at new appliances, furniture, and remodeling ideas. I have always been fascinated by the fact that you can take any room in a home, no matter
how old the home is, and completely transform it. I love to watch Home & Garden Television and the DIY Network. Another thing I enjoy doing in my free time--as little as it seems to be--is also find websites that have unique or even odd pieces for decorating or remodeling. You have to love the internet for the convenience of
'window shopping'.
Have you thought about updating to a Modern Bathroom look and feel lately? I'm extremely impressed by the new styles on the market today. Many new styles offer you a luxury feel that you might find in fancier homes or even in Europe maybe. The great thing about these styles is that anyone can find something in their price range and have a fabulous bathroom ensemble.
I ran across Spacify. If you're looking into Bathroom Sinks, you have to see these. I love some of these styles. Many of them are truly unique. The place offers free shipping. We all know with gas prices the way they are that this is a
wonder incentive to purchase online. I found them a bit pricey, but if you want something that's going to last a lifetime you need to spend a little more money to get quality.
Maybe you prefer Bathroom Vanities and other neat accessories. I love this stuff. Some of these designs are sleek and futuristic looking, while some still give you that wonderful homey feel.
One of my favorite things to look at in any home remodeling store are the Bathroom Faucets. There are so many cool designs on the market today. I love the new waterfall designs. I've been really impressed with the Spacify website. I have to admit they offer some truly unique items that you don't always find in your local hardware store. If you're looking to remodel or redecorate, I highly suggest you give these guys a look.
We cannot create anything until we have a visual image in our minds. It is a method to give your subconscious mind the tools to work with in bringing you perfect health and helps keep you focused. It turns fuzzy images into focus. Many people cannot describe what perfect health means to them because they haven’t thought it through.
To help visualize your health you need a plan of action. You should make a list of activities and feelings the represent what health is to you. Visualization should be practiced twice a week.
Using imagery also sends messages to the subconscious mind to make changes. Put yourself in the picture so that your subconscious mind knows it’s you in the visualization.
Use your emotions when visualizing. It can help bring about the things you desire. This should be done using positive emotions like love, joy, and happiness.
Your thoughts are things. Be specific in your visualizations, be consistent, act out your imagery...
You can help end breast cancer and support Susan G. Komen for the Cure
with a back-to-school bake sale. This is a great fund raiser that you and your children can organize at your school - and the whole family can be a part of!
* Consider adding a raffle to your bake sale to encourage
prospective customers. Hand out a raffle ticket with every
purchase. You can offer a whole, freshly baked cake or
maybe a dozen chocolate chip cookies as a prize.
* Try to keep the goodies you offer relatively basic. Brownies,
cookies and snack bars are a good start. Students often
shy away from treats that are too fancy or too messy.
After all, they’ll probably eat it right away!

Does your family have the world's greatest Dad? Are your children too young to really enjoy shopping for a gift? Maybe they'd be more into making a gift for Dad! As most of you know, I own Rural Family Living, LLC and each month we publish great craft ideas for children and fun family activities. This project takes very little time and effort and allows even young children to create something special for Dad all by themselves.
Take a family outing to a park or nature trail. As the children walk along, have them look for an interesting rock. One that fits nicely in the palm of their hand is the perfect size. Encourage their imagination by having them talk about the things they think their rock might look like. Once everyone has a rock, it's time to return home and let the creativity flow!
The rock can be painted with poster paints, covered with glitter, the children can use craft glue and attach features made with felt cut outs. The possibilities are limitless! This project also makes a great gift for Grandparents. Good family fun - and an easy way to allow the children to experience the joy of giving.
